Unusual vintage pin by the CAPRI jewelry company circa 1960 featuring a large round art glass cabochon solitaire stone. Predominantly green with copper glitter floating within, it has a violet iridescence when the light hits it that is simply mesmerizing. It sits nestled in a swirl of gold tone wires which resembles a stylized nest. There is some light wear to the gold plate, but overall condition is very good and this is a quality piece, heavy in hand. Measures 1 1/2" across and signed CAPRI on the back.
