ORDERING INFORMATION
Ordering . . .
Order using our online order form, or send an e-mail to sales@jeweltopia.net regarding the
item(s) you wish to purchase: item name, inventory number, and price. If you would like to pay
with a credit card, we are unable to process them directly, but are listed at Paypal (see icon
below) under Familyjewelstoo. Alternately, you may use Bidpay.
You will receive a reply from us summarizing your order. This email will include the total
to be paid, including shipping charges, and will include a mailing address for the payment (if
paying by other than credit card). All items are subject to prior sale, so
you will be notified if the item you have ordered is not available.
If you agree to the purchase, please confirm via a reply email. Ordered items are held for seven
business days (longer for overseas transactions not involving a credit card), pending
receipt of payment. If payment is not received by then, the item will be placed back in inventory.
Please let us know if your payment will be delayed because of special circumstances.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Personal checks and money orders and U.S. cash.
- Payments via PayPal (including Visa, MasterCard, and electronic bank account transfers)
-- this is fast and easy! Foreign orders by PayPal or Bidpay,if available, or via international
postal money order. We do not accept checks from a non-U.S. bank account.

Due to recent postal increases, we've created a number of shipping options for our customers:
Priority, no insurance: $4.50
Priority with insurance (required over $50.00): $5.75
1st class, no insurance: $2.50
1st class, insured (required over $50): $3.80
Global priority and air mail are available internationally, please e-mail us for rates.
FREE shipping for orders totaling over
$100.00!
For international orders, I charge the actual shipping costs. Items will be shipped out within 72 hours with
Paypal or receipt of money orders or cash. Allow 10 business days after receipt of personal
checks.

We try to describe items, both their features and flaws in great detail and to the best of
our knowledge. If you are unsure or need more information, please e-mail us at info@jeweltopia.net and we
will try and help you. Refunds are given for any reason on items returned within seven business days of receipt - provided that we are
notified promptly, and the item is returned in the same condition as shipped. The customer pays
for return shipping and must insure the item for the purchase price. Please email your desire to
return an item to returns@jeweltopia.net, before
shipping it; refunds will not be made on items returned without prior notification.
Privacy Policy
We keep all customer information confidential. We do not sell, exchange, or give away
names, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information. The only exception: Upon your
request, we may forward your name and email to other costume jewelry dealers only if you are
looking for something that we don't have, but that they might.
